Six week yoga program at the Lucas Community Hub beginning Thursday April 9 at 6pm.
Experience the calming effect of yoga while increasing strength, endurance, flexibility, energy and life balance.
Suitable for those wanting to deepen their yoga practice. Focus on breath, posture, flow, alignment, and deep relaxation to build strength, balance, flexibility, and wellbeing.
Bring a yoga mat, two blocks, a strap, small cushion, and blanket. Wear comfortable clothing.
• Dates: Thursdays April 9, 16, 23rd and May 7, 14 and 21st
*No class on Thursday, April 30th
• Time: 6pm to 7:15pm
• Fee: Prepay $120 for 6 sessions OR
casual bookings $25 per session
