As I believe the ultimate restorative experience happens when it’s flowing.

This part of the back & shoulders can often be missed. And don’t get me wrong, it’s not something I do on every massage, it depends on your needs on the day. But for anyone with shoulder issues it’s important to address these muscles on the outskirts of town.
We still make it flow of course.
I like to link the relaxation and remedial techniques together so you feel relaxed, while we’re addressing some targeted areas.

3 Ways it Flows Differently here:
1. It flows because I want to nurture your nervous system, this means long intentional strokes.
2. Flow also means your muscles are more relaxed and open to treatment, by connecting with the tissue through flow there’s no sudden movements to cause any alarm.
3. I enjoy the flow, therefore my satisfaction of good flow essentially flows through to your cells sending good vibes and a totally wonderful experience.

Glutes!
Seems everyone carries some kind of tension in this area, what do you think the reason for your tension is:
🍑 Is it because the Gluteus Maximus is the biggest muscle in the body?
🍑 Is it because the glutes are not activating properly due to stress?
🍑 Maybe because of the links with the Psoas muscle, which can be heavily activated during stressful times, leaving the glutes firing incorrectly?
🍑 Perhaps because of your squat routine at the gym?
🍑 Is there something going on with your hips? ankles/feet?
🍑 Something metaphysical as they are located at the base of your spine which is the base of your support, or holding onto old anger?

Getting to the bottom (wow, how funny am I) of the pain/dysfunction is always the best idea and I can help you try dissect that.

Otherwise just lay back and enjoy your massage, and some good old fashioned glute relief!
