Strong Resilient Girls🩷
Registration is now open for our next 8-week program starting Wednesday 15th July.
This program is designed for girls aged 12–25 to build strength, confidence, and resilience in sport and everyday life — in a safe, supportive, small-group environment.
With so much pressure on young girls today, this is a space where they can move, learn, and grow with confidence — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Each week includes:
• Strength & fitness training (fun + progressive)
• Education + mindset focus
• Confidence, wellbeing & resilience tools
• A positive, supportive community
This is more than training — it’s about helping girls feel strong in their body and confident in who they are.
