At Align Ability Support Coordination, we review every update carefully to ensure your plan continues to meet your needs and remains aligned with NDIS requirements.

🎄 Christmas Closure Notice 🎄

As we wrap up another busy year, we want to thank everyone for your support throughout 2025. We will be taking a short break over the festive season.

✨ Our office will be closed from:
Friday 19th December 2025 to Monday 5th January 2026.

We’ll reopen and resume normal operations on Monday 5th January 2026.

Any messages or enquiries received during this time will be responded to as soon as we return.

Wishing all our clients, families, and partners a safe, joyful, and relaxing Christmas and New Year. ❤️🎅

Recently we supported Miss JJ to transition from Residential Supported Care, to Independent living. JJ celebrated her transition to Independent Living with her Therapy Assistant Haylee from Beautiful Minds Therapy Support who is supporting JJ to build on her Independent Living Skills and navigate all the changes that come with having Independence. We could not be more proud of JJ for how much she has grown over the past few months.
