Our feet are the foundation for posture, balance and general spinal health…. And small feet still have a big impact!🙌🏻 out feet take many years to develop, and choosing the RIGHT (or WRONG) shoes can have a long term affect on our movement, play, confidence and overall wellbeing.

Can you believe that Dr January has been adjusting Sarina locals for 22 years today!?

That's an absolute milestone and we are so grateful she is part of our team!

Thank you for all you do Dr J; your dedication, passion and drive to help people in their day-to-day lives shines bright!

Dr January is now on a well-deserved break and will return on January 5.
Dr Brodie, Dr Ian and Dr Pier will still be in Sarina throughout the time Dr J is away.
