Sherridan Boyle is a Lomi Lomi massage and energy practitioner who creates deeply restorative spaces for connection, presence & flow.

Her work is inspired by the ocean, the rhythm of breath and the spirit of Aloha — inviting us to slow down, soften and reconnect with the deeper wisdom held within the body.

Trained in traditional Old Style Lomi Lomi and Kahuna Level 1 & 2, Sherridan brings a flowing, intuitive quality to her treatments. Her background as a Registered Nurse, combined with her studies in Yin Yoga and energy work, allows her to hold both a grounded and deeply intuitive space.

Lomi Lomi can feel like an ocean moving through the body — long, flowing strokes creating rhythm and continuity, encouraging the body to release tension and the mind to surrender into stillness.

As an energy practitioner, Sherridan works intuitively with the subtle energetic qualities of each session, creating space for grounding, balance and reconnection.

Soul lessons need to be mastered - that is why they come our way and the lessons will repeat themselves (sometimes over lifetimes) until we finally learnt the lesson and gained mastery.
If you did not learn the lessons, forgive yourself, and say thank you for the nugget of wisdom gained, and try to do better the next time round.
Every lesson brings with the opportunity for soul growth and expansion and most of all higher service in whatever form this might be.
All of life's lesson will bring us back to the core soul truth within us. For we can lie to ourselves and others, and live walking lies but our soul lessons will always bring us back to our soul, and therefore becoming truthful with ourselves before we can become truthful with others.
So often the souls who challenge us the most, teach us the greatest lessons in self-mastery.
