We live in a world that glorifies:
• exhaustion
• urgency
• overstimulation
• endless productivity
• perfectionism

So many people have been taught that healing lives in:
more supplements, stricter diets, harder detoxes, and increasingly complicated protocols.

Healing is not found in obsession.
