💧 ‘Water makes me feel gross’
It’s one of the more common things we hear.
And it’s not a reason to stop drinking water.
Water is essential for:
• Cellular hydration
• Nutrient transport
• Waste removal
• Healthy digestion
• Bowel function
• Temperature regulation
• Circulation
If drinking water consistently leaves you feeling bloated, heavy, or uncomfortable, there may be something else going on.
Potential factors include:
• Constipation
• Sluggish digestion
• Excess gas in the digestive tract
• Electrolyte imbalances
• Drinking large amounts too quickly
• Underlying digestive dysfunction
