Kathy has been a member of the Lifetime Connect team since 2018 and was appointed General Manager in March 2020.
She brings significant senior leadership experience spanning local government, the private sector, and consultancy engagements with the NSW Government, supported by an early career in telecommunications.
Kathy is deeply committed to Lifetime Connect’s role in delivering meaningful outcomes for the community and to fostering a high-performing, dedicated workforce.

She provides strategic leadership to ensure the organisation remains agile and responsive within a complex and evolving regulatory environment, while consistently delivering high‑quality services.
