laces closing or transforming. I help you to achieve work and life balance. I also help you to implement professional work strategies and tailor a program for work and life balance. This will help you to assimilate changes so that you can find new employment during challenging times or excel in your current role. The program will also help you to move further ahead in your career while having work and life balance. I have experience with clients who have burnt out symptoms or are close to burning out in their careers so I work with you to reduce stress levels while implementing strategies for health, wellbeing and healing from work traumas and toxic workplace environments. Life Coaching: I work with you to achieve work and life balance. If you have any obstacles or feel stuck I help you to move ahead so that you can realise your truth and opportunities while feeling supported and motivated to achieve great things. In this manner you will feel empowered and have the strategies and techniques to achieve harmony, health, well being and achieve your amazing truth and life purpose. CBT: I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and I help people to find their truth by identifying old conditioning patterns so that they can move forward with their lives. We often go through life having picked up old patterning and conditioning and this can create big obstacles in our lives. By identifying these old patterns that no longer serve you we can start to implement new patterning behaviours to see you excel in your life. I also work with you to clear any obstacles and energetic blocks. Counselling: I help you to heal old patterns and traumas in your life. By identifying key triggers you are able to heal the past and move into an amazing present and future. I have many years experience in different healing modalities. These include meditation, stress management techniques and the ancient healing of Reiki. Outcomes: To see you healing, flourishing and moving forward with your life in a positive and amazing way. To see you shine. Also for you to achieve your life goals and purpose and find harmony, work and life balance and to reach your optimum health and wellbeing.
