Cloud 9 Sauna

Cloud 9 Sauna Boutique out door saunas. Both infrared and traditional/Finnish style avail for private bookings BOOKINGS: Each booking has a timeslot of 1 hour and 15 minutes.

After your first visit, each visit thereafter will be contactless. Single sessions available or to book a 10 session pass you will have to use the booking link on the website. This ensures you have plenty of time to come in, prepare for your sauna, have a cold water shower rinse, and get ready for the outside world without feeling rushed. The actual sauna session is normally between 30-45mins. PRO

VIDED FOR YOU: Every session will have two towels provided and 1 litre of filtered water. After your sauna you have the option of taking a mineral magnesium and electrolyte shot to ensure optimum nutrient replenishment. YOU WILL NEED: Yourself and a state of mind ready for some calm.

Cloud 9 Sauna is taking a short break (while Janine disappears into the wilderness/5 day solo hike). We will be open again for bookings from Saturday 2nd May. You are welcome to book via the website. Introducing the new Cloud 9 Sauna assistant: Willamena (the water dragon) is aptly named as the origin of her name translates to "resolute protector". Although employed to keep the mosquito population down... I have a feeling she prefers to hide in the change room purely to scare the absolute S@ #$ out of me 😆
