Requirements:
Experience in mental health support
Must have all relevant documents (NDIS clearance, police check, etc.)
Preferably in her 40s (to suit client needs)
Good command of English
Must write your availability when applying
Pay: As per SCHADS Award (based on experience)

Job Opportunity: Support Worker – Bacchus Marsh

Pam Ability Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate male support worker with good English communication skills for two young boys in Bacchus Marsh.

Position 1: Support Worker for 8-Year-Old (Deaf)

Schedule: 5 days a week, 5:30 AM – 7:30 AM

Duties: Encourage him to get out of bed

Assist with bathing and breakfast

Support him in getting ready for school

Requirements:

Patience and clear communication skills

Experience working with children with hearing impairments is an advantage

Position 2: Support Worker for 13-Year-Old (Behavioural Support)

Schedule: Once a week, 3 hours

Duties: Engage him in community activities to enhance social skills

Requirements:

Experience in behavioural support

Ability to foster social engagement
