I was scrolling Facebook and saw an ad with me in it from where I do my hypnotism training australianacademy.of.hypnosis, which I love by the way. Amazing trainers and support! I consented to the ad obviously 🙂
Anyway my point for the post was I felt immediate cringe. Omg my heads moving oddly, what are my eyes doing 🤦‍♀️. My voice sounds so icky 🤪. Side note clients tell me that my voice is actually super relaxing 😝.
But I watched the ad and it was from my last training. Talking about learning magnetism, which I did. I love magnetism and use it in my sessions, put simply it’s a clears energy.
So on reflection I thought maybe it’s not that terrible!! But it is confronting to see myself on the screen.
