🍲 Enjoy nourishing winter meals - soups, slow-cooked meals, and seasonal veggies are a great way to fuel your body during the colder months.
🧘 Move your body - yoga, tai-chi, gentle stretches or a brisk walk, 30 mins of gentle exercise each day will drastically improve your physical and mental health.
