A little snippet of tonight’s final chakra in my 10 Chakra Activation Series ✨

And I’m feeling all sorts of emotions as this series comes to a close 🥹🤍

I happened to look at my phone while putting tonight’s Soul Star meditation together and there it was again… 4:44 ✨

444 has been following me around lately and now appearing again as I prepare to close this chapter tonight.

Whether you see these moments as signs, synchronicities or simply beautiful coincidences, I love when they make you stop for a second and reflect on where you are and how far you’ve come 🤍

Tonight feels like one of those moments.

The Soul Star 🌟
The 10th Chakra Activation meditation in my Series.
The closing of one journey… and perhaps the beginning of another ✨

#444

I noticed a few days ago I had exactly 444 followers… while our final retreat sale was also $444! And I remember thinking… surely that’s a little sign💜 So I took a screenshot because I wanted to remember it. And now, a few days later…

WE SOLD OUT 🥹✨

$444 retreat sale..
4th Sold Out Retreat..
And every spot found its person!

I love noticing synchronicities like this, little winks from life that make you feel like you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. Especially when there were moments where I wasn’t even sure this retreat would go ahead.

And now next Sunday, we gather in circle 💜

Feeling very grateful for everyone who trusted us, shared our retreat, supported us and ultimately helped us fill the circle.

And if you would like to come to our next one.. follow along to see how the day unfolds 🥰

Would you like to retreat with me? 🌸🌱☀️

I’ve spent the last few months creating something I’m genuinely so excited to share.

On Sunday 20 September, we’re taking over the beautiful gardens at The Raw Space in Henley Brook for The Art of Intention - A Five Element Journey Back to Self.

And honestly, I keep thinking about how much I need a day like this too 😂💜

Imagine 7.5 hours to simply slow down…

🌿 Wander through beautiful gardens
🎨 Paint with watercolours + create
📖 Journal + reflect
💨 Breathe + reconnect with your body
💜 Experience Spinal Flow
✨ Meditation + sound healing
🔥 Release what no longer serves you
💎 Set intentions with your own five elemental crystals
🥗 Eat a beautiful catered lunch beneath the trees
🌸 Connect with some really lovely humans
☀️ And just… not rush anywhere for a while

So much of my life is spent looking after little humans, clients, businesses and everything else that needs doing - and I know so many of you are doing exactly the same.

Sometimes life doesn’t magically give us the space to refill our cup… We have to choose it.

So… would you like to come and retreat with me? 🤷‍♀️

Comment PAUSE or send me a message and I’ll send you all the details.

I’d absolutely love to have some familiar faces there. 💜
