Something HUGE is coming for HER

So many have been asking how they can work with me without joining my high end programs…

This is something I started thinking about last year and I’ve been quietly thinking about, listening for, and beginning to build.

Something affordable, because I want more women to be able to step into my world.

Something sincere, because this was never going to be about creating another place women felt they needed to perform, prove themselves or keep up.

Something that feels less like another program, and more like a movement.

A moment, perhaps, where we decide that we don’t have to do all of this alone.

Where women can come together to learn, grow, reconnect with themselves and be reminded of just how powerful they already are.

And the beautiful part?

We’re going to build it together women by women.. one at a time.

This will be the most PROFOUND membership - focused by honouring HER.

HER - Honour. Empower. Reconnect. By Gayle Wilson.

Coming soon. 🤍

With next months round 4 sold out - it seemed natural to release ROUND 5 — THE FOUNDERS TABLE ✨

There is something rather special about sitting around a table with women who understand what it takes to hold an idea, a vision, a team or a career that matters deeply to them.

Because founding isn’t always about starting a business.

Sometimes it’s founding an idea and having the courage to bring it forward. It’s leading a team and recognising the responsibility that comes with the people who trust you. It’s stepping into a senior role and deciding what kind of leader you want to become. And sometimes, yes, it’s taking that slightly terrifying leap and building something entirely of your own.

The Founders Table brings these people together.

Business owners, senior leaders, managers and professionals from different industries, all with something valuable to contribute to the conversation.

We talk about the ideas that started it all, what keeps us motivated, the realities of holding a team, the decisions that stretch us and the careers and businesses we’re still shaping.

No pitching. No awkward networking. No need to arrive with the biggest title or the most impressive story.

Just good humans, interesting ideas, beautiful food and conversations that don’t always happen in our everyday circles.

Round 5 of The Founders Table
Friday 23 October | 7pm
Terrae Restaurant, Bendigo

If you’ve been wondering whether The Founders Table is for you, perhaps this is your table. 🤎

Join us for a a deeply enriching night at the gorgeous Little Red Cottage.

🗓️ Tuesday, September 1st
⏰ 6.30pm - 8.30pm
📍 34B Maiden Gully Road, Maiden Gully.

As we gather, (weather permitting) we will hold a fire and commence the evening gathering in circle to set our intentions and draft out letters of release our frustrations.

This night is all about community, holding each other and letting go of what no longer serves us, and then it’s time to get under our blankets to settle and receive the sacred sounds and meditation.

A very special evening.

There comes a point where the life you want asks something different of you.

Not more proving. Not more pushing. Not another year spent trying to become confident enough before you finally move.

It asks you to walk away from the fear that has been making your decisions for you.

Because the next version of you isn’t necessarily more talented, more qualified or more deserving than the woman you are today. She simply trusts herself enough to take up the space her life is asking her to occupy.

And perhaps that is what growth really is.

Not becoming someone entirely new, but returning to yourself with a greater capacity to hold the visibility, opportunity, leadership, love and success that once felt too big.

Sometimes, you have to walk away from who fear taught you to be, to discover just how much you were always capable of holding.

Join us for an a very special evening celebrating our newest artist in residence at The Little Red Cottage.

Sarah Macumber Howard (AKA Sarah The Painter), is one of our local Bendigo artists and art teachers, and will be unveiling her latest collection with us ‘Strength & Beauty’

Sarah is known for her stunning botanical pieces and these new pieces are wonderful and look great hanging in the cottage.

From proteas to corn flowers, the colours and textures delight.

Sarah will lead a short talk on her art process, her inspiration for this latest collection and why you should consider learning the skill of painting yourself at one of her art classes.

Last night, Tahlia Thorpe popped in with this beautiful gift to mark what is almost the end of her first season with the Bendigo Pioneers.

And what a year of growth it has been.

Stepping into a higher level of competition alongside more experienced players, Tahlia has had to find her space, trust her ability and begin finding her voice, all while continuing to show up for and support her local club, Eaglehawk.

When Tahlia’s family and I first spoke about sponsorship, they were incredibly thoughtful about whether they should accept it. The Pioneers experience is a little different. Selection happens week by week. There are no guarantees. Some weeks Tahlia would be selected to play, and other weeks she wouldn’t.

But for me, the sponsorship was never dependent on whether her name appeared on that week’s team sheet.

It was about something bigger.

It was about sending a message that there are businesses in our community willing to put their hard-earned money behind young women in sport. That we understand there are costs involved in chasing an opportunity like this — travel, accommodation, equipment and the many practical things that sit quietly behind a young athlete being able to say yes when an opportunity comes.

And perhaps most importantly, it was about saying to the young women coming through behind her: we want you here.

We want young girls hungry to chase the ball. We want them testing themselves against stronger players, travelling to compete, learning how to handle the weeks they are chosen and developing the resilience to return again after the weeks they are not.

Because growth doesn’t only happen when your name gets called.

Sometimes it happens in the training, the waiting, the disappointment, the courage to return, and the decision to keep backing yourself anyway.

Congratulations, Tahlia, on your first season with the Bendigo Pioneers. I have been incredibly proud to sponsor you and to watch what this experience has asked you to grow into.

Keep chasing that ball. There is plenty more ahead. ❤️
