Most women who come into my world fit into one of these two categories.
The first has become incredibly good at living from the neck up.
She’s smart, capable, successful and endlessly resourceful.
But somewhere along the way she lost connection with the wisdom of her own body. She second-guesses herself, overrides her needs, and longs to reconnect with her intuition and inner knowing.
The second woman hasn’t lost the connection at all.
In fact, she knows exactly what her body is telling her.
She knows she’s tired.
She knows she’s carrying too much.
She knows something needs to change.
The challenge is that she has built a life around being dependable, capable and committed.
Slowing down feels irresponsible.
Creating space feels like loosing.
Letting people down feels unbearable.
Both women are exhausted by the same thing:
A relationship with themselves that has been pushed to the bottom of the priority list.
Confidence Reclaimed is not about becoming someone different.
It’s about reclaiming trust in yourself, your body, your intuition and your capacity to honour what you know to be true.
So tell me…
Which woman do you relate to most?
