With spring here, it feels like a good time for a little Mindspring update 🌻

The NDIS continues to change, and while we’re adapting along with it, our focus remains the same - providing high-quality, person-centred support & making sure the people we work with feel heard, respected & well supported.

It’s also been really lovely to see such positive feedback coming through for our newer team members, Jaimee & Amanda - who are both experienced PBS practitioners. They’re still relatively new to Mindspring, so seeing them already making such a positive impression has been wonderful πŸ’«

We currently have capacity for new referrals & are always happy to have a conversation about whether we might be the right fit. Referrals can also be submitted online.

Thanks, as always, to the participants, families, Support Coordinators & teams we work alongside. We really value the trust you place in us πŸ’›

✨ As the end of 2025 quickly approaches, we want to thank our participants, their families and support teams for another great year. We remain committed to quality over quantity, and this year we’ve consciously chosen not to grow in size so we can maintain the standard of care and support our community deserves.

We’re also excited to share that ACG has some big changes coming in 2026. Our team will be taking a well-earned break so we can return refreshed and ready for an eventful year ahead.

We’re proud to stand with people with disability and work towards a more inclusive, understanding and connected society. Today’s a reminder of how far we’ve come - and how much further we can go together πŸ’«

At the heart of this year’s theme β€œfostering disability-inclusive societies for advancing social progress” is the idea of building capable environments. Through our Positive Behaviour Support and allied health services, we help create spaces where people feel understood, supported and empowered to thrive. By reducing barriers and shaping environments around each person’s needs; we support genuine inclusion in everyday life.

Did you know? πŸ“Š
β€’ There are 5.5 million people with disability in Australia – that’s 1 in 5 people.
