I've met quite a few people during my Sound Healing workshops who have been experiencing Tinnitus - or a family member has - for many uncomfortable years. Tinnitus is characterized by hearing sounds like ringing or buzzing - or some describe them as frequency tones - that have no apparent (or understood) external source. What can we do about this?Well, the use of tuning forks of certain frequencies on either side of the ears is certainly an easy and natural treatment to support the return to a normal, comfortable perception of sound without any phantom noises, as long as the tuning forks are used regularly -perhaps 2-3 times per day if you are treating yourself. Constancy is the key for change, as it is with any deep transformation of experience. New conditioned behaviour, new habits, are beneficial when they are created with our benefit in mind.
