Almost back to where it all started!!

These last pieces of my gym equipment went to the new owners today, marking the close of this season for me. And what a season it was 🙌

So grateful for the many lessons, the personal growth, the amazing humans who walked through these doors this year and for the journey that forced me to uplevel in ways that will serve me forever.

I'm soooo excited about the coming season - living in a more purposeful and intentional way and enjoying the simple things.

Thank you for making this place special and for all the fond memories, amazing humans 💗💗💗

I just wanted to let y'all know that I have made the tough decision to not renew my lease at my beautiful studio, so will be finishing up in 3 weeks time 😯😯

I know this will be a massive shock for some of you, especially as the place was pumping!! But it's a decision I feel is the right one 🥰

My family committments have changed quite a bit since I took the studio on and managing them has taken a massive toll on me personally. I need to simplify and this is my main motivation.

My movement journey has evolved a fair bit in this time too so I feel I'm going in a different direction to where I was when I started my business.

For these reasons, I have decided to step back to being mostly mum again and prioritising my family whilst my children are still young, with the support of my amazing husband 💕

I'll continue in my new movement direction and will offer workshops and nutrition coaching in a way that works around my family commitments. So I'm not totally disappearing 😉

I'm super excited that the gorgeous Candy will be moving into my current space with and bringing boxing to the Fitness Hub much sooner than expected 😍👯‍♂️💕

What an incredible experience it has been 🙌 I'm so grateful and feel I've gained so much through this process. I see this as a "not now" situation and not a "not ever."

I'm so blessed to have been supported by Elise from in ways I couldn't ever imagine ❤️ What a doll! I'll be sad not to be working beside this beauty but am so excited to see what she, Candy and the amazing team bring to the Hub 😍

Thank you to the really special community who've supported my business over this time, incredible humans you all are! I've loved every darn minute of working with you and will miss our belly laughs 🤣 events and fun sessions 💪

All classes will be as normal for the next 3 weeks so make sure you use up your packs before then!! Any unused classes after the 12th Aug will be fully refunded.

Feeling full and content after some foodie fun with these gals this arvo 🥩🥓🍗

Missing a few 🥺 but these beauties were able to make the third instalment of my nutrition workshop series in person. It was the food demo this time so it was a good one to be able to attend ;)

Today was about bringing together all the information from the previous workshops to inspire with some new recipes, demonstrate the ease in which wholefood cooking can be accomplished and highlight the fact that hitting body goals whilst eating fu***ng delish nutritious foods is very achievable.

2.5 months since I had any alcohol 🍸 It was like a flick was switched. I have been in many situations where drinking was one of the main events since then and haven't even felt like one. I had loads of fun without it and didn't miss it at all. Who dis??

Very interesting as someone who was a main instigator 🤭 As someone who couldn't ever imagine not having alcohol in my life...
..also someone who used alcohol as escapism, as a stress relief tool and to mask certain emotions. All of which I didnt quite see until I had spent some time processing without alcohol in my life.

Will I go back to having a drink here and there? The more I don't drink, the more I feel that is a no. I think for myself now, what would be the point? It wouldn't be for taste.

Never say never and that thought has probably been key to me being able to stay away from it. The whole psychology around making a choice rather than feeling forced is an interesting one.

I really feel like I have drunk enough for 10 lifetimes and am revelling in the AMAZING sleep I get every single night, processing ALL the emotions (not always pretty but needed) and the feeling of not even looking for it even just for the taste.

This isn't a post attempting to make y'all feel guilty for enjoying a drink! I won't be a reformed drinker 😆 I won't shroud myself in some sort of glory because I have stopped drinking for 2.5 months and seemingly forget that alcohol was a big part of my life for decades with zero f***s given 🥴

These are just my musings over my experiences in this space and possibly the shock horror that I've become someone who doesn't even consider drinking anymore (in only 2.5 months) after many life chapters of substance abuse. It's really quite wild!

Are the things you do consistently going to move you in the direction you want to be in life or away from?

In relation to your health and fitness - are you consistent with the actions that support your optimal health or do you go hard for a bit and then taper off? Or think you are doing the things when you just aren't?

It's consistency and not perfection that shapes results. So with this in mind, someone who is making smaller changes consistently over time rather than someone completely changing their whole life in a way that is unsustainable for the longterm, is going to be the one who sees and sustains the longterm results.

If you are noticing patterns and cycles that take you in and out of an optimal health range, maybe look at the things you do consistently. Or that you don't do consistently 🤪
