Slowly getting better and slowly getting 😲 STRAIGHTER!
Practicing some tuck exits here.
I feel like regular hanging, scapular work and building shoulder strength (Planche & HSPU) have gone a long way in helping these areas.
If you're not working hard on staying inverted due to lack of strength or body alignment then it's easier to focus on balance.
Skills require A LOT of dedication and patience. If you're willing to give to those 2 areas then you'll get somewhere someday.
If not... don't bother. Just get fit and healthy instead 'cause it's a long road.

PLANCHE PROGRESS!
ALMOST graduated from tuck Planche to.... 😂 advanced tuck Planche.
Calisthenics heavyweight with BIG legs. Ugh!
This was at the end of a hard push workout forbthe Insta, so I'm actually pretty HAPPY with where I am with my Planche training right now.
It's a long, hard and slow journey but it comes with many rewards along the way. This is one of them.

Its mostly been bodyweight exercise with my leg training. One thing I've noticed is the depth and definition it's helped build in my quads.
There's more than air squats out there.
Another great plus is the strength it gives your joints as well.
It will also help your mobility (better squats).
Give bodyweight leg training a go. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
Go easy at first. Its a different kind of load on your legs and they'll need time to condition to it.
You'll be glad you did.
My favourites are sissy squats, pistol squats, shrimp squats, kneeling leg extensions and Nordic curls. None of which are easy (with full ROM) but well worth for the above reasons.
