Are you passionate about making a real difference for people with disabilities?

We’re looking for a new Mentor to join our friendly Mandurah team!

As a Mentor, you’ll:
- Support participants to discover their strengths
- Guide customised employment journeys
- Help develop microenterprises and small businesses
- Foster independence and confidence in the community

Certificate 3 in Individual Support or relevant experience highly regarded. Experience with disability or NDIS is a big plus!

We work within the Customised Employment space, working with participants of the NDIS. Some people need help to find sustainable and meaningful employment or to start their own microenterprise business.

Neondemons participated in the digital category!
