I’ve always loved this quote, it just calls to my Soul. It reminds me of how important it is to be yourself, to honour your own energy & be aware of what makes you different from the next person is actually your superpower. In my human design I have a lot of individual energy, not tribal or even community energy so I “know” I’m here to follow the beat of my own drum but there are still times I falter, soften my words for fear of being ousted from the tribe. Feeling like we belong somewhere and yet not really. So this quote reminds me that without the misfits, the change-makers, etc life would be so friggin boring and for things to change, things need to change & BE the change I want in this world! The interesting thing about all this planetary energies in the sky atm, is to ask yourself “How good am I with change?” For the fixed signs (Ta**us, Leo, Scorpio & Aquarius) change can be a bit scary and your nervous system doesn’t like change cos it may equate it with being unsafe or insecurity. For the cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra & Capricorn) change comes when you embrace not knowing how it all ends, you just need to get that “thing” started. Let your inner control freak have a bloody break so your nervous system can relax & understand that you really do know in your ♥️ of ♥️ that change doesn’t mean what you did was wrong, it’s just an opportunity for you to go with the flow instead of wasting energy swimming upstream. For the mutable signs ( Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius & Pisces) this is your fu***ng jam peeps! We are the way-show-ers for others, how to be flexible & adaptable without the feeling of being judged for changing your mind or opinion on things cos sometimes it is perceived to be unreliable. Pivoting is your superpower. Taking what works and fu***ng off what doesn’t is the path to a healthy nervous system. I’m a mutable sign & I see & feel how being so energetically “open” has made me take on more of the fixed energy growing up. I remember in my Kinesiology classes my intention for each balance would be “to trust my intuition & go with the flow” 😂🤪 I knew even then there was work to do. I use my Bioresonance scanner to keep me in my own energy, to harmonize & balance my frequencies because my energy impacts those around me and also dictates how much stress my mind & body has. I absolutely love it and use it everyday for both myself & family to help keep my frequency & subsequently my nervous system regulated & keep my vitality & health optimized. Made some amazing connections at our monthly Business Women's Collective meeting today with this topic being a central theme. I see it come up in lots of conversations I'm having lately too so here is a reminder that self-awareness and really understanding "who you are" is the key your heart needs for health and happiness & living your best life. For decades, women have been conditioned to believe their worth is tied to how small they are, how young they look, and how useful they remain to everyone else.

That constant self-criticism drains energy that could be used for growth, leadership, and creativity.

When you step out of diet culture and reject unrealistic standards, you reclaim that energy. You begin to see your body as an ally, your age as wisdom, and your voice as necessary.

And that’s when everything changes 🙌

Just some musings for today. If anyone else has been flattened by the energies the last few weeks well you’re not alone. 2016 is going to be dynamic & busy so this last part of 2025 has been calling us to slow the f&$k down and rest in preparation for 2026. I’m going to be doing things very differently next year- more “Who the hell am I? Readings, something a bit different with my fasting schedules and introducing peeps to a bioresonance scanner I’ve been using for over a year now that has been pivotal in empowering me to understand my body, mind & spirit better. Currently it’s something I only share with clients but I’ve been getting nudges that it’s time to share it with more peeps for the greater good. Not quite sure how it’s gonna look but it’s something I feel very strongly about. Anyhoos hope you’re all enjoying this fabulous weather and chilling out. 🥰

Ok this is for my HD nerd friends😂🤪 The planet Pluto, yes I know it was “demoted” but there is no denying its energy so I still call it a planet😂 is in the sign of Aquarius- think revolutionary, humanity-focused, outside-the-box and the very truth of who you really friggin are & today it moved into Gate 41 in Human Design. I don’t have this defined in my chart (totally open root center here🙋‍♀️) but I have the other end of this channel with a hanging Gate 30. I’m gonna be navigating this energy for the next 2-3years. Because of this I have been doing my research (Line 1 superpower) & I got to observe/witness this energy in all its glory today. Still makes my little heart shake a lil bit but it’s just going to take a bit to get used to how it works & just experience this energy & not bring a pre-conceived expectation of how the experience will work out. I don’t doubt that I’m going to not always be OK with this energy but knowing what is my real energy & what’s not makes this so much easier to navigate. #41-30channel,
