We're excited to introduce Tamara, one of our passionate and dedicated support team members at Finders Keepers WA! 🌟

Tamara has a genuine passion for helping people grow, build confidence, and achieve their goals. She is currently studying counselling and loves learning more about human development, wellbeing, and what helps people thrive.

Outside of work, Tamara enjoys playing guitar, listening to music, exploring her creative side through art, and spending time at the beach or out in nature. She also loves travelling, meeting new people, experiencing different cultures, and believes there's always something to learn from meaningful conversations and different perspectives.

An animal lover with a kind heart, Tamara approaches life with curiosity, adventure, compassion, and a great sense of humour. She values building genuine connections and is committed to supporting every participant to live their best life.

Originally from New Zealand, Rici has proudly called Australia home since his teenage years. He's a proud husband and dad to three amazing kids who certainly keep him on his toes!

Outside of work, Rici has a passion for music and studied guitar at WAAPA. He also enjoys sports, travelling, and exploring different cultures. Above all, he believes that a good laugh can brighten just about anyone's day.

Rici is passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals and loves building genuine connections with every participant. He strives to create a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment where people feel empowered to be themselves. His approach is simple—work hard, have fun, and celebrate every success along the way.

Say hello to Joe! 👋

Joe firmly believes that our differences are what make us interesting, and he brings that same open-minded and positive approach to supporting others every day.

When he's not working with participants, you'll usually find him enjoying his favourite geeky and creative hobbies, including 🎮 gaming, 🥽 virtual reality, 🔧 electronics, and 🎸 playing a variety of musical instruments.

Joe also volunteers at Naragebup Rockingham Regional Environmental Centre, where he enjoys giving back to the community and supporting environmental education. 🌿

A huge animal lover 🐾, Joe enjoys spending time with and learning about animals of all kinds. His curiosity, kindness, and wide range of interests help him build genuine connections with the people he supports.
