I’ll be bringing the Inherited Release Method & my ancestral healing sessions to Wild Village Festival this November, offering private 1:1 ancestral healing sessions across the festival.

We may work with ancestral and inherited trauma, womb healing, emotional and energetic clearing, family and lineage patterns, kinesiology, nervous system regulation, shamanic and intuitive healing, quantum and multidimensional work, light language and frequency codes, DNA activation and more.

75-minute private sessions are now available to pre-book and will be prioritised throughout Wild Village.

A limited number of 60-minute and 45-minute sessions may also be available to book at the festival on a first come, first served basis.

DUO SESSIONS

A small number of shared sessions may also be available at a reduced per-person rate. Come with a friend or family member, or choose to share the experience with another festival guest. These will be offered subject to availability during the festival.

Whether we find ourselves working with the womb, your ancestral line, inherited patterns, the nervous system, energy, emotion or the multidimensional, each session unfolds differently.

I can’t wait to bring this work to Wild Village and meet some of you there.

What did your ancestors do when the season began to turn? And what rituals can you create anew?

They watched the land. The changing light. The plants emerging or leaves slowly falling. The migration and birth of animals, the fruits growing heavy on branches and the seeds ready to gather.

And while we may all stand beneath the same Full Moon, the land beneath our feet is telling a different story of times past.

Right now, in the Southern Hemisphere, we are moving into spring, which is an emergence, warmth, rebirth & returning of life. In the Northern Hemisphere, autumn is arriving, bringing ripening, gathering, release and the slow movement towards darker & longer nights.

I created beneath the same moon, as a small ritual guide for this threshold, weaving together the Full Moon in Aries, our northern and southern Equinoxes, based around British and Irish folklore, old plant magic, ancestral remembrance and simple ritual for both hemispheres.

Alot of us live far from our ancestral motherland. We may still be learning the old stories while standing upon lands we have not yet created relation with, experiencing an entirely different season, internal and external. This ritual for this threshold of change, is for you.

It’s free to download now until the full moon turns waning. Limited time only.

Hi, I’m Elizabeth, though most call me Liz.

I was born in Aotearoa, New Zealand. My paternal lineage reaches back to Scotland, England and Ireland. My maternal lineage is Filipino, with ancestral roots extending into China and Southern India. Today I live and work on the ancestral lands of the Bindjareb Noongar people, in Mandjoogoordap, Mandurah, Western Australia.

My relationship with healing and the unseen began young. Having mastered lucid and astral states, however I grew up in an abusive household, turning to addiction, I had severe depression, I felt no therapy could help.

Over the past 25+ years, my studies and practice have moved through cultural studies, then bodywork, plants and herbalism, energy work, meditation, breathwork, yoga, nervous system work, transpersonal therapy & feminine arts.

Over time this expanded into ancestral healing, epigenetics and inherited trauma, acupressure and meridian theory, shamanic practices, elemental and spirit work, womb work, Kundalini, mediumship, multidimensional healing, light frequency and coding.

In 2023, I founded the Inherited Release Method, a body-led modality exploring the relationship between the nervous system, emotional patterning, ancestral inheritance and generational trauma. Today, IRM is taught to practitioners around the world.

However, I am still a student, I always will be.

I continue to study, question and explore what lives beneath the surface of who we are. What belongs to us? What came before us? What does the body remember? What gifts and ways of knowing might still be alive within us?

My work now lives at the intersection of body, ancestry, energy and the unseen. The liminal is often a space I work as a practitioner, channelling multi-dimensional and accessing past life states to further understand the depths of my clients stories.

I offer private 1:1 sessions in Mandurah and online, with worldwide IRM, shamanic & Kundalini teachings expanding into 2027.

On my recent adventures through Bali, I stayed in the Gianyar region, in a native joglo hut. So, think complete wood, traditional hut. I was perched high in the forest, with a running river and valley below.

When I arrived the first night here, it was late at night. All the sounds of nature, the shower was outdoors, the hut is on stilts, and while showering, it was a completely above ground, meaning I could see directly into darkness under this hut.

I don’t get scared too often these days. Im pretty well protected but my goodness I was on edge 😅
In my motherland (Philippines) we believe in Diwata, otherwise known as nature spirits. They are guardians of forests, rivers…. Many countries and cultures believe in the ancestors of nature, but, if you aren’t connected to that land, its space, its custom, you don’t know who, or what you could be upsetting.

Usually every morning and night I speak to all ancestors. The ones that inhabited this forest included. I knew I had eyes on me, some of these walls were complete glass no curtains 😅🙈💩 but I promised, tomorrow when I was better prepared I would make an offering.

That day upon arriving back, I prepared for them in a dish, some food and drinks I was also eating. This included rice, vegetables and some other herbs, local to Bali. I then said a blessing, and left it at the closest threshold outside between the hut and the forest, the following days the eyes stopped following me. This should be done daily. When you are in nature, the oceans, rivers, forests, deserts, mountains… these are very sacred places. They need acknowledgement. I can go into more detail, but let’s just say, upsetting the balance, there are also known to be some ‘creatures’ that can give you bad luck, then you have to go to a witch doctor to have these things reversed 😅

Does your country, culture or religion believe in offerings to the unseen? I’ll mention tomorrow the offerings to water 💦

Thousands of years ago, our ancestors spoke to the unseen.
And hundreds of years ago, this became the very thing that would have them killed.

To speak to spirits in nature, to leave offerings to the dead, to talk to plants for guidance on healing, divination and fortune telling, using charms, amulets, sigils.

Instead of questioning, we became the blamed.
Blamed for livestock and people dying.
Blamed for famine and plague.
Accused for doing curses when ill luck fell upon others.

The healers in our lineage became quiet, fearing for their lives and the lives of their loved ones. Becoming ashamed, silenced and outcast. This wasn’t central to one place, this was happening (and still is) all around the world.

So who were the healers in your lineage? How do I know who they were and what they did?

Let me ask you this, have you ever felt drawn to, or had a gift. Maybe you can see the future. Or feel drawn to the healing properties of plants without knowing why. Do you know when something is medically wrong with a person? Do people become emotional around you and can share what they carry deep within their souls?

There is a high likelihood of a remembrance through your past lineage. One of your forgotten ancestors carried the gifts you now carry. It was always known that knowledge and wisdom was passed through the bloodline, but now has become forgotten. You can remember those in your lineage, by reconnecting to what it is you feel called to do.

Is there a gift you have you want to share with the world?

Through my own journey of healing the Mother Wound, it took me into a deeper journey of understanding lineage, and the memories of the women before me.

Our womb is a revered and powerful portal, that once, many people worshipped.
And now, it’s a portal forgotten.

The women before us were honoured, even idolized and immortalised through painting, carving, ceramics. Rituals and ceremonies were held, now lost.

It draws an ache inside, ancient and other worldly. Sometimes it becomes a loneliness and grief, hard to understand, and sometimes softly lingers under the surface, becoming a part of you.

If you long to follow that thread of remembrance, join me with Healing the Wild Mother. A 4 week journey where we explore the mother wound and the mothers before us.

🌀 Healing the Wild Mother 🌀

A four-week journey through the mother wound, the maternal line & the Wild Mother within.

My mother wound has been a deep part of my life since before I was even born. The stories before me, the pain, suffering and grief of the women who came before me, have often felt too much to bear.

But through some of my greatest pain came purpose, and I’m honoured to finally share with you my four-week online journey, Healing the Wild Mother.

Week 1 - The Women Who Came Before Us
Here we journey into our ancestral stories, the circumstances that shaped women’s lives and the memories that can live deep within us. Through storytelling, history and ancestral reflection, we take a step back in time towards the mothers who came before us.

Week 2 - Embodying the Archetypal & Animal Mother
We begin to explore the primal and instinctual places within the mother wound, giving space to what has been left unspoken, unfelt or unexpressed. We journey into the wilder places within ourselves and find relationship with the instinctual animal Mother.

Week 3 - Returning to the Sacred Mother
Through folklore, mythology, legend and goddess, we explore the Mother as creator, protector, nurturer and destroyer. Here we journey through the mythic landscape of Mother and the many forms she has taken across story and time.

Week 4 - Returning to the Wild Mother Within
We bring the journey home, exploring the inner Mother through nurture, boundaries, protection, tenderness and expression, before closing our four weeks together through ritual and integration.

This journey is for the daughter who yearns to understand the mother wound through something deeper. To follow the maternal line, give space to grief and rage, reconnect with instinct, wander through the old stories of Mother and begin discovering the Wild Mother within.

We begin Thursday 15 October at 4pm Perth/Bali time and meet every Thursday for four weeks.

Payment plans are available.

Bookings are now open. Link in bio or head to www.ancestralschool.com/wildmother
