Soul Awareness is about believing in the power of nature to heal and support emotional well-being. What is a Flower Essence?

To provide people with the ability to connect with their inner selves, cultivate self-awareness and experience greater emotional harmony. Specializing in emotional support through flower and vibrational essences. The goal is to help individuals connect with their inner selves and achieve a greater sense of emotional balance and well-being. Emotions can be difficult to navigate, and plant-based remedies can offer powerful support for emotional healing. I work with a special collection of flower and vibrational essences, which can be selected and combined to support different emotional needs. The essences are made from the energetic imprint of plants and natural elements, and are designed to address specific emotional states, such as anxiety, stress, grief, and self-doubt. They are safe, gentle, and easy to use, and can be incorporated into daily self-care practices. A flower essence is a type of holistic remedy that is made from the energetic imprint of flowers. Flower essences are made by infusing the flowers in pure water and then using sunlight or other forms of energy to transfer the flower's energetic imprint into the water. This water is then preserved with a small amount of alcohol or other natural preservative and diluted into a remedy that can be taken orally or applied topically. Flower essences are not the same as essential oils or herbal remedies. Essential oils are made from the aromatic compounds of plants and are usually used in aromatherapy or topical application. Herbal remedies are made from the physical properties of plants and are often used in teas, tinctures, or capsules. Unlike essential oils and herbal remedies, flower essences are made from the energetic properties of the flowers and are used to support emotional and spiritual well-being. Flower essences are commonly used to help address emotional imbalances, such as fear, anxiety, grief, and depression. They are believed to work by gently restoring balance to the emotional body and supporting the body's natural healing processes. Flower essences are considered safe and non-toxic, and can be used alongside other forms of medical treatment. It's important to note that flower essences are not a substitute for medical treatment, and should not be used to replace professional medical advice or treatment. While they can be a helpful complement to other forms of therapy, they should not be used as a sole treatment for serious medical or mental health conditions.

Spéir (Spayr) — Sky ☁️

The third essence combination in this Land, Sea and Sky trio is Spéir, the Irish word for Sky.

Although Amble’s “Of Land and Sea” was the first seed of inspiration, the feeling of the song naturally opened into sky as well, into a sense of spaciousness, the ability to take a deep breath, to trust, and to release after we have been grounded by the land and cleansed by the sea.

This is the blend for releasing, spaciousness and opening to trust.

Spéir consists of the following flower essences;

Clematis — for clarity, presence and helping the mind return from fogginess or drifting away.

Cuckoo Flower — for awakening intuition, inner listening and trusting the quiet wisdom within.

Wild Wood Anemone — for trust, gentleness and allowing yourself to open without forcing.

Stitchwort — for freedom, lightness and releasing what no longer needs to be carried.

Together, these essences create a blend for those times when you feel ready to loosen your grip, breathe more deeply, gain perspective and open into more inner space.

Farraige (FAR-ig-eh) — Sea 🌊

The second essence combination in this Land, Sea and Sky trio is Farraige, the Irish word for Sea.

Inspired by Amble’s “Of Land and Sea,” Farraige holds the part of the journey that belongs to movement, softness and emotional cleansing, the swell of the sea rising and carrying us, its waters washing through what has gathered within and gently cleansing what feels heavy, stagnant or held.

This is the blend for cleansing, softening and emotional renewal.

Farraige consists of the following flower essences;

Apple Blossom — for purification, freshness and gently clearing what feels heavy or stagnant.

Celandine — for surrendering to flow, softening resistance and allowing life to move more freely.

Honeysuckle — for letting go of the past, especially when old memories, attachments or feelings still linger.

Dandelion — for rebirth, renewal and the quiet strength to begin again.

Together, these essences create a blend for those times when emotions feel heavy, something old is still sitting within you or you feel ready for a fresh start.

Talamh (TOL-uv) — Land 🌿

The first essence combination in this Land, Sea and Sky trio is Talamh, the Irish word for Land.

Inspired by the feelings Amble’s ‘Of Land and Sea’ stirred in me a sense of place, memory, belonging and return.
Talamh represents the part of the journey where we come back to the ground beneath us.

This is the blend for grounding, steadiness and feeling safely held.

Talamh consists of the following flower essences;

Vervain — for earthing, grounding and helping the body soften out of tension or over-effort.

Comfrey — for deep healing, repair and support when something within feels bruised, unsettled or needing care.

Rowan — for energetic protection, strength and a clearer sense of personal boundary.

Hawthorn — for loving support, heart steadiness and feeling gently held through emotional tenderness.

Together, these essences create a blend for those times when life feels too much, your thoughts are scattered or you need to return to yourself in a quieter, steadier way.

Some creations begin with a flower.

Some begin with a feeling.

This one began with a song.

Amble’s “Of Land and Sea” has been the quiet inspiration behind this new trio of flower essence combinations, not because I wanted to explain the song, but because of what it stirred in me.

There is something about it that feels deeply connected to place, memory, longing, belonging and return. It holds that feeling of being shaped by the land beneath you, softened by the sea around you, and carried by something much bigger than yourself.

For me, the song opened a doorway.
It brought up the feeling of standing between land and sea, between being held and being moved, between what grounds us and what asks us to let go. And from that place, this trio began to take form.

Talamh (TOL- uv) — Land
For grounding, steadiness and feeling safely held.

Farraige (FAR - ig - eh) — Sea
For cleansing, softening and emotional renewal.

Spéir (Spayr) — Sky
For releasing, spaciousness and opening to trust.

Although the song speaks so beautifully of land and sea, the feeling naturally opened into sky as well, that place of breath, space and release. After we have been grounded by the earth and cleansed by the sea, there is often something in us that is ready to lift, soften and let go.

Each blend can be used separately, depending on what you feel you need most. But they have also been created to work together as a supportive trio, almost like a short, self-guided flower essence journey.

Begin with Talamh to come back into your body and feel more grounded.

Move into Farraige to gently cleanse, soften and allow emotions to flow.

Complete with Spéir to release what no longer needs to be carried and open into more space.

Grounded into the Earth.

Cleansed by the Sea.

Released into the Sky.

This is a very special trio for me, inspired by a very special song from a very special band.
