🎉 HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY TO OUR DYNAMITE NIKKI! 🧨🥳💗

Today we’re celebrating the big 5-0 for one of the absolute powerhouses behind West Coast Ability!

Nikki is our little pocket rocket — always on the go, always willing to jump in, and somehow capable of getting approximately 47 things done at once 😂 Whether she’s in the office, out supporting, solving a problem or keeping the rest of us on our toes, WCA simply wouldn’t be the same without her.

She brings so much energy, heart and personality to our team, and we are incredibly lucky to have her. 💕

West Coast Ability is growing, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Support Coordinator to join our team with an immediate start!

✨ About the Role:

Part-time position

Managing a caseload of approximately 35 participants

Supporting participants to navigate their NDIS plans and achieve meaningful outcomes

Working alongside a supportive, passionate, and flexible team

✔️ What We’re Looking For:

Previous Support Coordination experience is essential

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently

A genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives
