Sooooo 1 of my videos got alot of attention ~ unlikely most listened to it to it's entirety but clearly my wonky smile left a mark cause I had some curious questions in my inbox.

Now there is always the group that does not want to explain themselves, certainly does not have to explain themselves and is not their job to educate people on whatever it is they have going on.

Then there is me...

I kind of wave my s**t all around the place on here and love talking about myself 😆😆😆. I appreciate being asked as to assuming what could of happened. I love addressing elephants in the room because honestly, let's get honest about all the things and stuff 🙏❤️

I had plastic surgery ~ that's what happened

But before that I grew a large benign tumour (Vestibular Schwannoma) which munted my facial nerve, dissolved that ear drum and balance nerve. (That's the gist)

Grew another or 3 (yeah 3 more)

The 4th one, decision was made to nuke it and in doing so it actually finally stopped the shenanigans.

This meant I could have a cool device put in my face that helps to give more symmetry (apart from my mouth) and I can pretty much close that eye now for sleep (kind of, but for 20 plus years I slept with it open).

So yeah, hence my healing journey and then creating a space I could work with others on their healing journey.

These sessions are brilliance for when you find yourself stuck, disconnected, loaded up, numb, exhausted, blocked, general discomfort.

They're also brilliant when you're working through your shadows, your traumas, your emotions, your physical, your spirituality.

These sessions hold you, they witness you, they help you to work through old stuff, present stuff and clear the path moving forward.

I continue to be heart and mind blown each time one unfolds because you can never guess what will unfold and you can never truly grasp the levels on which these sessions can go ❤️

My passion, my honour and my privilege to do this essential work ✨️

When I first purposely stepped onto the 'spiritual path' I guess I felt like I was looking for something, needing answers, seeking truth and confirmation. I wanted purpose, to stop feeling like I was floundering. I wanted the hard stuff to mean something.

Along the way I got all those things in one way or another (also plenty of weird, trippy stuff 😆)but what I truly got was a soft space to truly land within myself.

The spirals come towards you which is funny because initially I think we assume it's outwards to grab a hold of something, when all along it was inwards to grab a hold of ourselves.

Just my thoughts on things and stuff 🌳

I read this and I laughed ~ cause honestly doing this shadow work has had me waking up and thinking I had snakes and all sorts in my room the last few months. So much so, I made Haven (my 18 year old) check under my bed in the wee hours of the night, it felt that real.

Remember a little while back I wrote that I felt everyone hated me ~ after all these years I said it out loud and then I discovered why I thought that....

I went into the deepest, darkest pit of my being this week.

I didn't even know it existed.

I had been dancing around another space for years truly thinking that's where alot of the 'stuff' stemmed from.

I kept going down and down, further into something so knarley that when I first touched it's thread I recoiled and said NOPE, your disgusting.

Then instantly after that NOPE, I went oh f**k this, I'm going there. I'm going there for ME, for my true sovereignty.

Everyone doesn't hate me ~ I just had a space in me I hated so deeply I assumed everyone would see it and recoil from me...

I have shared it in a very safe space and I'll share it one day here but I'm deep in process with it.

I now understand so much about myself and I now understand the level in which we will hide our deepest scars.

My inner world has shifted so much, I have no idea how this looks moving forward but I'm f**king here for it.

Thank you for being apart of my growth with your growth ✨️

Please keep doing the work 🙏 it's oh so very worth it !!!
