Message for today ~ Take a BREATH

Stop what your doing for only 10 seconds and notice, are you holding your breath? are your breaths SHALLOW or fast?

RESET, breathe in through your nose until youre ready to stop, then release nice and slowly... if you feel called, do it again.

Reset that nervous system, bring the CALM, the SAFETY to your moment..

Are you tensing your body!? Are you clenching your jaw? Release and relax it all, tell yourself you are safe. You are loved.

Today heralds the start of the Venus retrograde pre-shadow period.
