These are what most people worry about ⬇️
After facilitating hundreds of regressions, here are 7 things I wish more people knew before their first one:
1. You don’t have to see anything. Some people see images, while others feel, hear, sense or simply KNOW something without knowing how they know it.
2. Wondering if you’re making it up is completely normal. You don’t need to work out whether something is imagination, intuition or memory while it’s happening. Notice what comes and stay curious.
3. You don’t need to be “good” at hypnosis. We naturally move through relaxed, inward-focused states every day — like when we’re daydreaming or drifting off to sleep.
4. You’ll still be in control. You can hear what’s happening around you, move, speak, open your eyes or stop whenever you want.
5. It might start with something tiny. A feeling, colour, temperature or strange sense of knowing can be enough. One impression often leads to another.
6. You never need to force yourself through something uncomfortable. If something feels too much, you can stop, open your eyes and bring your attention back to the present.
7. You don’t have to decide whether it was “really” a past life. You can explore what came through and what it might mean for you without having to prove where it came from.
The biggest thing I encourage? Don’t search. Notice. Stay curious. ✨
And if you’re wondering what you could actually explore during a regression, I’ve put together 30 questions covering relationships, repeating patterns, purpose, past lives, your soul journey and more.
