One night without comfort. For too many people, it’s every night.

Our CEO, Jody, is participating in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout to raise funds for people experiencing homelessness and hardship in our community.

Mitchell & McCallum, Get Dignity First Care is looking for a ShiftCare-savvy, rostering pro to join our growing team!

About the role:

Casual position to start (with a clear pathway to full-time)
Managing rosters and schedules using ShiftCare
Supporting a fast-paced, people-focused care team
Helping ensure smooth, efficient service delivery

We’re looking for someone who:

Has strong experience with ShiftCare
Is confident in rostering and coordination
Is organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Communicates well and thrives in a team environment
