Because the best gift this Father's Day isn't a coffee mug or a card he'll lose in the ute. It's the kids remembering the day dad ran (or walked) with them through the paddocks. Years from now they won't remember what he got for Father's Day. They'll remember he was out there with them.
Because "I'll get fit later" has been the plan since 2019.
Because nobody's judging your pace out here, walk it or run it.
Because it's one morning. 7, 14 or 21km. Coffee on hand at the finish, then go home for your bacon and eggs, earned, not just given.

Colours of Courage recognises the bravery it takes to push for change in schools, workplaces, communities and institutions where conversations about LGBTQIA+SB lives do not always happen. It celebrates the allies who choose to stand up, speak out and ask what they can do to help create safer, more inclusive spaces.

Wear purple with pride on Friday 28th August and show support for inclusion, acceptance, and belonging. Together, we can help create a community where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

We are looking for volunteers to help with the Mansfield Parent-Child Mother Goose program.

Volunteers would be required for about an hour a week 9:30-10:30am on Thursday mornings during the school term (the program does not run on school holidays) to help deliver this music, rhyme and storytelling program for families with babies & pre-school children. The program operates from the Peter Pan room at the Mansfield Library. Volunteers are not required to have any specific qualifications or experience working with children but those interested will be offered training which involves an introduction to the songs, rhymes and stories used in the sessions and learning the theory behind the program. Parent-Child Mother Goose enhances the bond between children and their parents and helps to connect families in the community.
