Free antenatal classes are back in our community! Brought to you by an incredible team including Council's Maternal and Child Health Service, Mansfield District Hospital, Central General Practice, Mansfield Medical Centre and Dads Group, these sessions cover everything from pregnancy and birth to those early parenting moments - all right here, close to home.

These practical, supportive classes will cover:
• Preparing for labour and birth
• Pain relief options
• Feeding your baby
• Newborn care and early parenting
• Emotional health and wellbeing
• Partner and family involvement
• Building confidence and connecting with other local parents
