Join us for our Spiritual Healing Open Day, a beautiful opportunity to experience the healing light of Spirit while also supporting our emerging healers as they continue to grow, learn and gain experience in this sacred field.

Whether you are feeling called to find clarity, peace, balance, connection, or simply take some time for yourself, this day has been created for you.

My classes are about remembering how good your inner peace feels,

Remembering that within you is a universe of frequency, ways of being and feeling, that can get lost in the busyness of our days.

My classes give you the time to simply be and to be guided into peace through your breath.

And once you remember how it feels, it becomes easier to access it throughout the rest of your day.

All you need is your breath.

Hey beautiful souls

Just a little update from me… I’ve decided to open up a few Tuesdays each month at the healing space for sessions.

I know life can get so busy, and sometimes Thursdays don’t always work for everyone, so I wanted to create a little more flexibility for those needing some time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stuck in your head, or simply needing a moment of calm… my space is always here for you.

I truly love being able to hold space for you all, and I’m so grateful for every person who walks through my doors.
