One thing many women don’t realise until late pregnancy is how much tension they’re carrying! When the body stays stressed, rushed or constantly “on,” it can become harder to rest deeply, breathe fully and feel connected heading into birth.
Prenatal yoga isn’t about being flexible or “good at yoga.” It’s about learning how to soften, breathe, ground yourself and create safety in your body during a huge life transition.
Our next 5 week prenatal series begins Tuesday 27th May in Brinsmead at 6pm.
