💭 What if understanding yourself wasn’t something you had to figure out in your head?

What if you could actually experience what your nervous system is doing — notice your patterns, understand your responses and begin learning how to work with your body instead of constantly fighting against it?

This is INTROSPECTION

The experience of looking within.

An immersive two-part workshop created to take you beyond simply learning about nervous system regulation and self-awareness.

Over two Saturday or Sunday experiences, we’ll move between education, practical activities, breath, sound, nervous-system regulation and guided awareness — giving you the opportunity to not only understand the information, but experience it through your own body.

Your INTROSPECTION experience includes:

✨ 01 — UNDERSTANDING YOURSELF
Saturday 22 August or Sunday 23rd August | 4pm–7pm

Explore how your nervous system influences the way you feel, think, behave, react and respond — before moving into an interactive experience and immersive breath, sound and regulation meditation.

✨ 02 — EXPERIENCING YOURSELF
Saturday 29th August or Sunday 30th | 4pm–7pm

We take the work deeper, building on what you discovered in Session One before moving into a Transformational Breath Journey using conscious breath and guided awareness.

✨ 03 — YOUR INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCE

Following both workshops, you’ll receive a private online 1:1 session with Jeni Rose — a space to reflect on what arose, ask questions and explore your individual experience more personally.

INTROSPECTION isn’t about being told who you are.

It’s about becoming curious enough to notice.

How does my body respond?
Why does it respond this way?
What are my Patterns? Behaviours? Reactions?
And what changes when I begin to understand them?

A space to step away from the external noise and turn your attention inward.

EXPLORE YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM.
EXPERIENCE SELF AWARENESS.
UNDERSTAND CONNECTION.

Tickets are now available. 🤎

Little back story… ⏮️

Last night I changed accommodation and stayed in an apartment building.

Everything was perfectly normal until 11:30pm.

Suddenly the smoke alarms went off in our apartment.

No fire. No smoke. No emergency.

My body immediately froze.

All rational thinking disappeared. I didn’t even think to check the hallway or see if anyone else was evacuating. My nervous system had completely dysregulated.

Everyone who knows me knows I’m prepared. I have an emergency evacuation bag for my dog, an evacuation plan at home, and I usually think clearly in stressful situations.

This reaction was so unlike me, and honestly, it scared me.

I barely slept. I was awake until 6am, staring out the window, trying to move the energy through my body, exhausted but unable to settle.

Today we travelled from the Gold Coast to Brisbane. As we got closer, I could see the apartment buildings getting taller. My body shut down again.

Then I found out we were staying on the 59th floor.

I spiralled.

The fear felt immediate, visceral and overwhelming. I sat on the bed gripping it with everything I had.

Then something changed.

Instead of letting the monkey keep flying the plane, I took back control with my breathing.

📦 Box Breathing
• Inhale for 4
• Hold for 4
• Exhale for 4
• Hold empty for 4

I visualised tracing each side of a box with every breath.

Between rounds, I grounded myself.

👀 4 things I could see.
🤚🏼 3 things I could feel.
👂🏽 2 things I could hear.
👃🏼 1 thing I could smell.

I repeated this until my breathing returned to normal.

Then I cried.

I let the feelings move through instead of pushing them away. I validated what my body had experienced, moved the energy, and allowed the charge to pass instead of storing it.

Our nervous system isn’t trying to work against us—it’s trying to protect us.

Sometimes all it needs is for us to gently remind it that we’re safe.

Take back the controls.

The monkey doesn’t have to fly the plane.

You do. ✈️

Day One. ✨

Today marked the beginning of my Advanced Breathwork Facilitator Training with the incredible Chris and Shanni from Infinity Breathwork & Coaching.

As someone who believes that safety always comes before transformation, I’m so excited to deepen my knowledge in becoming an even more trauma-informed facilitator.

Over the coming days I’ll be expanding my skills in:

🤍 Holding safe, regulated spaces for larger groups.

🤍 Understanding the importance of staying within my scope of practice.

🤍 Learning how to confidently facilitate powerful group experiences while ensuring every participant feels seen, supported and safe.

🤍 Continuing to honour the nervous system as the foundation of healing.

The more I learn, the more I realise that holding space isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about creating an environment where people feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves. Vulnerability & Safety = Healing

I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity to continue learning and growing. Every opportunity to deepen my knowledge is another step towards creating safer, more intentional spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through Brave Integration. I truly believe we never stop learning, and every experience like this helps me become a more grounded, trauma-informed facilitator who can hold space with greater confidence, presence and care.

Here’s to stepping outside my comfort zone, expanding my capacity, and becoming the facilitator my future clients deserve and I believe I truly can become.

Lots of love,

Sharnee 🤍

Not all healing looks like progress… until one day it does.

Many of my clients come to me after trying multiple pathways —
psychology, medication, support systems — and still feel disconnected from themselves.

That’s because healing isn’t just mental.
It’s our nervous system.

This testimonial is a reflection of what happens when we go deeper.

Through kinesiology, we don’t just talk about healing —
we integrate it.

✨ Releasing stored stress and trauma
✨ Regulating the nervous system
✨ Rebuilding a sense of safety within

This is Brave Integration.

A space where you’re seen, supported, and guided back to yourself.
