The Winter Solstice is a sacred time of reflection, renewal and gently reconnecting with the light within.

For us, this is at the heart of what we do at Frequency of Light.

At our Wellness Hub in Margaret River, we offer the EESystem™, Ancient Sound Therapy, Reiki and Energy Balancing, Intuitive Massage, PEMF Therapy, Holistic Counselling, Meditation and holistic wellness support.

Our intention is simple.

To offer a space where the body can rest.
Where the mind can quieten.

🙏 There is a moment on our healing path, where we are invited to stop gripping so tightly.

A moment to stop trying to know every step before we take it.

To stop needing all the answers before we soften.

Trust is not always loud or certain.

Sometimes trust is the quiet breath before the next step.

Sometimes it is choosing peace, even when the mind wants proof.

Sometimes it is placing one hand on the heart and saying,

“I may not know exactly how this will unfold, but I am willing to be guided.”

At Frequency of Light, we are reminded of this often through our own personal journey.

Along with the frequencies that walk through our doors.

💫Frequency of Light was never born from a business plan.

It was born from life and our own experience.

From our own wellness journey.
From moments that changed us.
From the deep knowing that when the body, mind and spirit are given the right conditions, something within us can begin to remember.

Many of you know a little of our story, and some of you may not.

Our journey with the EESystem™ began when I, Clare, was extremely unwell and unable to live life in the way I once had.

There was a time when I felt completely lost in my own body.

I was tired.
Unwell.
Uncertain.
And trying to find my way through something I did not yet understand.

It was a time of surrender, trust, and learning to listen deeply to what my body and spirit were asking for.

What unfolded through my own experience changed the direction of our lives.
It was not something we could simply tuck away and move on from.

It opened something within us.

A calling.
A devotion.
A knowing.

And from that knowing, Frequency of Light was created.

Together, we felt guided to bring this beautiful technology EESystem along with our own healing modalities, to the Southwest community.

Not because we believe we heal anyone.

Because we don’t.

We believe the body is highly intelligent.
We believe the soul knows the way.
We believe each person carries their own wisdom, their own timing, and their own path back to balance.

What we offer is a place to pause.
A place to rest.
A place to feel welcomed, heard and supported.

A place where you can reconnect with yourself and remember the power that already lives within you.

For us, this work is personal.

It is woven through our love, our own healing journeys, our dedication to growth, and our deep care for every person who walks through our doors.

We are still walking our own path too.

Still learning.
Still growing.
Still choosing to live with open hearts.
Still showing up in service, gratitude and love.

We know what it feels like to search for hope.

We know what it feels like to need somewhere safe to land.

We know what it feels like when something shifts, even quietly, and life begins to feel possible again.

And if my own journey has shown me anything, it is this.

Even when life feels uncertain, the body can remember.
The spirit can rise.
And hope can return in ways we may not yet be able to imagine.

Frequency of Light was born so others can also rise, not only physically, but emotionally, mentally and spiritually too.

You do not need to feel alone on your journey.

There is hope.
There is support.
There is always a way forward, even if it reveals itself one gentle step at a time.

Witnessing the ones that visit our humble Hub, who begin to reconnect with themselves, their strength, their clarity and their own inner balance is what this is truly all about.

❤️ Love is not something we need to earn.

It is found in acceptance, allowance and appreciation.

Acceptance of where we are.
Allowance for where we are becoming.

Love isn't something you earn or something you perform.
