WE’RE HIRING – FLOAT ATTENDANT
We’re looking for a confident, energetic casual Float Attendant to join our City Cave Redcliffe team.
Don’t let the calm environment fool you, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role!
We’re looking for someone who:
Is naturally great with people and LOVES sales
Can confidently recommend memberships, packs and services
Has strong time management and can move quickly when things get busy
Takes serious pride in cleanliness and attention to detail
Is creative and confident with Instagram, Facebook, Reels & social content
Shows initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
Is reliable, organised and genuinely enjoys being part of a team
Has flexible availability across mornings, evenings and weekends, we’re open 7 days, 8:30am–9pm
You’ll be welcoming guests, turning over float rooms and saunas, keeping our centre looking beautiful, creating social content and helping guests discover the right City Cave services for them.
There are sales KPIs in this role, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys having goals to work towards and gets a kick out of achieving them.
This is a great casual opportunity with room to grow for someone who wants to build their skills in customer service, sales, social media and wellness.

We’re Hiring a Cave Diver (After School & Weekends)

We’re looking to add another Cave Diver to our team at City Cave Redcliffe.

We’re not looking for Sloths.
We’re looking for Energiser Bunnies.

The Role
Perfect for students 15+ wanting after school, weekend and holiday work.

This role is the heartbeat of our centre keeping every float room, sauna and space spotless, reset, and ready for the next guest.

We’re Looking For an Energiser Bunny Who:
• Moves with purpose (not slowly, not “eventually”)
• Takes pride in doing things properly — every time
• Notices the small details others miss
• Is happy to start in cleaning, with opportunity to grow into customer service
• Can follow clear systems without cutting corners

This Role Is NOT for Sloths Who:
• Avoid cleaning or think it’s “gross”
• Cancel shifts for last-minute social plans
• Drag their feet or leave jobs half done
• Need to be constantly told what to do

(We run a high-standard environment everyone pulls their weight.)
