After 6 months of travelling & soaking up lots of sunshine it's finally time to come home 💕 We've booked the boat and I'll be back on Tassie soil on the 13th of November!
I'm so looking forward to coming home & seeing you all 😍

Our Easter camping trip was a success!
The new (to us) Jayco van ticked all the boxes & we're excited for our next adventure...
Johns locked in his annual leave, we've booked the for late May & the Huskins are off for a 5 month trip of Aus 🙌🎉🤘🌴☀️🌊
This trip will be the rest, reset & rejuvenation we so badly need.
John & I are looking forward to showing Isla where she was born & our old NT stomping grounds.. plus stacks of new places in WA we're yet to explore!!

Sincerest apologies to all of my clients for the short notice 😔
We have since learnt that trying to leave the island with a long & tall rig is extremely hard with very limited dates/spaces 🙈

I'm looking forward to coming back in November refreshed, refocused and ready for you all 💕💫💕

Are you addicted to polarity?

It keeps us functioning from the trauma and drama, the upset and intrigue of this reality. Our addiction to polarity is one of the strongest addictions there is.

Polarity keeps us from actually seeing things as they are and then we can't change what we would like to change.

One of the greatest tools to unlocking us from this addiction is to function from allowance.

Allowance is where everything is just an interesting point of view.

Allowance lets us become aware of all the areas in our life where we are either aligning and agreeing or resisting and reacting to any points of view, thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, judgments, conclusions or considerations.

Welcome to the Tool of the Week!

We can begin to set ourselves free by reminding ourselves that everything we think, feel, believe, judge or have decided is just an interesting point of view.

When you find yourself stuck around something, like money or relationships or whatever, simply repeat to yourself “interesting point of view, I have this point of view.”

Say it over and over until the charge around it changes.

You can also use this tool when someone says something or has a point of view about you!

Just repeat “interesting point of view, they have this point of view.” Say it over and over until the charge around it shifts.

You’ll be surprised how this simple phrase can open up the space of allowance and ease.
