Sitting in one position all day puts constant pressure on the tailbone and hips. For anyone who can't easily shift their own weight, that's a real risk. 🪑

The Karma VIP 2 is different from most folding wheelchairs. It combines two things in one chair:

✔ Tilt-in-space to spread pressure across the back and thighs
✔ Recline to open the backrest for proper pressure relief and comfort
✔ An anti-sliding system that keeps the body positioned as it reclines

That means the person can rest and reposition through the day without leaving the chair. Available in attendant-push and self-propel versions, and it still folds to fit in the car.

Freezing of gait is one of the hardest parts of Parkinson's. The will to step is there, but the legs stall.

The Rollz International Rhythm rollator is designed to help with that moment. It gives three cues to prompt movement and steady the walking rhythm:
