I think this angle is stronger because it explains why different personalities matter without making it sound like Clint is the default.

💙 Every Child Is Different. So Is Every Support Worker.
One thing I've learnt over the years is that there isn't one perfect support worker.
There are different personalities, different strengths and different ways of connecting with children.
If you've met me, you'll know I'm a bit more rough and tumble. I love wrestling, active play and getting alongside kids who have lots of energy to burn. That approach works really well for many children, especially boys.
But not every child is looking for that.
Some children need someone with a calmer, gentler and more nurturing approach.
That's exactly what Rhiannon brings to our team.
As a mum of autistic children herself, she has a natural ability to make children feel safe, understood and comfortable. She meets children where they're at and builds trust at their pace.
It's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about having a team with different personalities and life experiences. Every child deserves someone they genuinely connect with.
Rhiannon currently has availability for new clients, and if you think she might be a great fit for your child, I'd encourage you to read her profile on our website.
If you're not sure which support worker would suit your child best, book a free phone chat with me. I'd love to hear about your child and help you find the right match.
