💚 Herb garden hot tip 💚

Under the mulch, cover the soil in supermarket cardboard bags, cardboard or newspaper. It stops the weeds coming through and keeps the soil moist.

Mulch heavily on top leading into the warmer months to save on water.

Plant the herbs you will use often in your kitchen … basil, coriander, parsley, rosemary, thyme, sage, oregano. They will last for a year at least!!

My first veggie garden was only one meter by one meter off the side of a rental house verandah. You can start it in any small space in part sun and part shade!

Throw down dirt, cover with paper and mulch
Put your herb in and visit it often.
There you go …!!!

💛 Feverfew💛 cooling for inflammation. For headaches of the tight, constricted, dizzy or vision halos. Feverfew will open blood flow to move constriction and move a calm coolness into the head. This is a classic migraine pattern especially those triggered by gall bladder or gut congestion with nausea or bloat. Not great for hot throbbing headache or high blood pressure type headaches where there is already too much blood in the head

💛 Feverfew 💛 what a pretty daisy plant with benefits. Make a tea or enjoy a few drops of tincture to open blood flow at the peripheral small blood vessels and reduce inflammation. These are for a headache that is constricted and inflamed with poor eyesight, halos, tinnitus, or dizziness. not necessarily for throbbing pains or high blood pressure type headache where there is a lot of blood flow already but may suit a classic migraine.
