WHAT COMPARTMENT ARE YOU OPERATING FROM? 🤔

The nautilus shell has been showing up repeatedly in client sessions recently.
As the nautilus grows, it creates a new compartment and moves forward.

But it never discards the old one.
Every chamber remains.
Every chamber becomes part of the shell's story.

This is how it relates to us:
We don't need to reject our past.
The chapter where we were surviving.
The chapter where we were raising children.
The chapter where we were grieving.
The chapter where we were building a career.
The chapter where we lost ourselves, or
The chapter where we found ourselves again.

Every compartment has helped SHAPE who we are today.

Growth and Healing isn't about forgetting where you've been.

It's about HONOURING it while allowing yourself to expand into something new

As you move into this new week, ask yourself:
What compartment am I operating from? Or

Am I still living in a chapter I've already outgrown?

I really do SEE You 👀

Yesterday and today, I've been responding to dozens and dozens of comments on my crystal guidance post.

What struck me wasn't which stone people chose
but the STORIES behind the choices.

The overwhelm / The exhaustion.

The feeling of carrying everyone else's needs while quietly putting your own on HOLD.

It reminded me why I do LOVE this work.

This is me.

I don't believe people are broken. I believe many of us have simply become DISCONNECTED from ourselves beneath the weight of life, responsibility, and survival.

There is nothing that brings me greater joy than watching someone remember who they are and feel inner PEACE

Whether that happens through a conversation, a moment of insight, an intuitive kinesiology session, or simply feeling heard for the first time in a long time.

✨ A New Chapter is Unfolding ✨

After much reflection, I've made the decision to begin clearing selected jewellery and crystal stock as Alison Dunlop Kinesiology EVOLVES into its next chapter.

As Becoming You continues to grow, I'm becoming increasingly clear about the HEART of my work: helping women reconnect with themselves, move beyond survival patterns, and remember who they truly are.

I've been sitting with a question:
Does this still ALIGN with who I am becoming?

The answer has guided me here.

It's not an ending. It's a REFINEMENT.

A gentle release of what has served its purpose, creating space for what is ready to emerge.
