💚 A Friendly Reminder from Anchor Within Massage Therapy 💚

I completely understand that illness and unexpected situations are part of life. If you’re unwell, I would much rather you stay home, rest, and recover than attend your appointment.

However, I kindly ask that if you know you’re becoming unwell or don’t think you’ll be able to attend your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.

As a small business, every appointment is reserved exclusively for one client. When an appointment is cancelled with only a couple of hours’ notice, it’s usually impossible to fill that time, meaning I lose income that I had set aside for you.

I respectfully ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the best chance to fill the appointment and continue providing quality care for all my clients.

Please understand that cancellation fees aren’t intended to punish anyone. They simply help protect a small business from the financial impact of late cancellations and missed appointments.

I truly appreciate every person who supports Anchor Within Massage Therapy. Your respect for my time and my business allows me to continue doing what I love while caring for our community.
