Mid-March I became a fully qualified remedial massage therapist, how exciting all that hard work, long drives all payed off! So incredibly grateful to everyone who helped along the way.

I’m really passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and walk out better than when they came in, whether that’s less pain, more movement, or just feeling more relaxed. I love finding the cause of what’s going on and using techniques like cupping, gua sha, and stretching. It’s honestly so rewarding to see how the body respond.

My studies are almost complete — just a few months to go!
I’m so grateful for the journey so far and excited for what’s coming next.
