Receptionist – Casual Position
Regional Ultrasound is looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join our team in Maryborough.
This is a casual position, with hours varying depending on clinic needs. It would suit someone looking to gain experience in a professional healthcare environment while developing reception and administration skills.
The role will include:
* Greeting and assisting patients
* Answering phones and booking appointments
* General reception and administration duties
* Supporting our sonographers and reception team
* Learning our radiology booking and patient management systems
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, polite and confident speaking with people
* Reliable and well-presented
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Comfortable using computers
* Willing to learn and work as part of a small team
Previous medical reception experience is not required — training will be provided.
