Claudiability 💗 NDIS Approved Nutritional support for Children with Health Conditions I want to bring joy and happiness to families that have given up hope.

One of my favorite things to do is sing for the sick and underprivileged. I've discovered that teaching children about nutrition and using food to help them get better offers them with immediate satisfaction. I focus on GUT health because all health issues begin in the gut. I take a lighter approach to resolving health issues by singing to children at their level of innocence, and I listen to fami

A prego is a classic Portuguese steak sandwich but let me explain the name prego literally means “Nail” in Portuguese one popular story is that the garlic is nailed into the steak before cooking. It’s served with crusty Portuguese bread. Add some piri piri to it and you got a real magic.
