Mikaela is the face behind Pink Vine Support Coordination.

She is a dedicated Level 2 Support Coordinator with a background in paediatric nursing, bringing both clinical knowledge and genuine compassion to the families she supports.

She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of the NDIS and wider support systems with confidence and clarity. Mikaela has experience across paediatric care, psycho-social support (including bipolar and schizophrenia), ABI, ADHD, ASD, and a range of physical and intellectual disabilities. From plan reviews to managing changes in circumstances, she’s there every step of the way to provide guidance, advocacy, and practical solutions.

Outside of work, Mikaela loves spending time with her family, enjoying outdoor adventures, and embracing her passion for horses.
