🩷 You roll up the mat, or you sit back from the cushion, and for a few minutes you're the version of you that has it together......
Calm and clear, like you could handle whatever the day throws at you.
Then the kettle's barely boiled before the first email comes through, or one of the kids needs something, and that same steadiness you just spent twenty minutes building has gone before you've had a sip of tea.
What you built on the mat is real. It's just been living in the session instead of in you.
