🫶 Today is one of those moments that makes all the hard work worthwhile.
Were incredibly proud to announce that Life Unlimited Support Services (LUSS) has successfully renewed its registration with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission for Support at Home Categories 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
What makes this achievement even more meaningful is the journey behind it. Following our renewal audit in May, we were among the first providers navigating assessment against the new aged care standards. There was no well-worn path to follow, just a commitment to getting it right.
For months, a small team worked with unwavering determination, responding to audit findings, implementing improvements, providing evidence, and continually striving to exceed expectations. Their dedication, professionalism, and belief in what we do never wavered.
This result belongs to them.
