Maternity Leave🪿💛

This is my last week of consults before going on mat leave.

I thought Banjo’s pregnancy went quickly but being pregnant with a toddler really makes time fly!
I’m keen to soak up these last few moments as a family of 3 (+🐶) and really enjoy one on one time with Banjo before he becomes a big brother.

Updates about bubs and work will be on their way but until the enjoy some gorgeous snaps of this pregnancy from our wonderfully talented friend 📸

I’m back from our little summer vacay but only for a short while before I go on Mat leave to welcome our new little bundle of joy earthside.

That’s a wrap for 2025! 

What a big year juggling motherhood and running a business but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
This year has taught me to go with the flow a bit more than I’m used to and to savour the small moments because they really are fleeting - a child will really show you that!

I’m always grateful to be able to help so many beautiful people and I thank you all for always trusting in me and supporting my small business 🫶🏼

Here’s to a happy and healthy festive season 🥂☀️

Sharing some special news with you all - our family is growing and we are welcoming another baby boy in Autumn 2026 💙🪿

This pregnancy has definitely been a little different to the first, especially running after a toddler, but it has really made me appreciate what the human body is capable of. With the knowledge and experience I’ve gained from my first pregnancy, it’s also provided some sense of comfort and familiarity.

We’re so excited and grateful for this adventure, and to also be sharing it with our beautiful Banjo.

In saying that I’m also very mindful of those who are trying to conceive and how difficult it can be to hear pregnancy announcements. 
If you’re on your conception journey, have experienced loss or any other obstacle to meeting your baby, your time is coming 🕊️

A wide variety of plant-based foods in the diet results in an increase in the amount of fibre consumed.

Fibre is required to maintain a diverse community of microorganisms in the gut.

Greater microbiome diversity can reduce the risk of inflammatory conditions, improve toxin elimination and support overall wellbeing and mood.

30 plant-based foods per week may initially feel like a lot but when you include your herbs and spices within that plus legumes, nuts and seeds it can be easier than you first anticipated!

Try recording how many different plant-based foods you eat in a week and see if achieving 30 is easy or not for you!
