Disability Support Worker – Officer, Victoria

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to support two female clients based in Officer, Victoria.

Applicants from surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply.

Shifts available:
• Shared care active overnight - Sunday fortnightly – 10:00pm – 6:00am
• Shared care active overnight – potential Monday-Friday 10:00pm – 6:00am.

You must be willing to join our team directly through Experience Life, a dedicated not-for-profit agency committed to supporting people to live meaningful and empowered lives.

Your role will Include:
• Personal care and manual handling
• Supporting clients with complex care
• Medication administration
• Supporting community access and participation
• Building a strong and positive relationship with our client

What you need:
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• A positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference
• Willingness to learn and commit long-term.

They spent time exploring the aisles, picking out some goodies, and enjoying a bit of inspiration for future projects. It’s always nice getting out, staying active, and doing something fun together. Chelsea loves her garden, but let's not get confused she doesn't love gardening!
