We’ve always believed that what we choose to stock matters.🙌

Part&Parcel was built around a pretty simple idea. If we’re going to fill our aisles with products and ask you to bring them into your homes, we want to feel genuinely proud of every single one of them.

So we’re fussy. Very fussy.

We want to know what’s in a product, where it came from, how it was grown or made, what it’s packaged in and who is behind it. We want to know how a business treats its people, its suppliers and the planet. And we want the product itself to be really, really good!✨

That thinking became our Curation Charter. It guides what makes it into the Part&Parcel aisles and, just as importantly, what doesn’t.

We research, question, taste, cook, wash, wipe and try things ourselves. We talk to the people behind the brands and dig a little deeper than what’s written on the packet.

We don’t expect perfection. We do expect honesty, intention and a genuine desire to do things better.

We’re incredibly proud of the products that fill our aisles and the people behind them.

So this month, we’re taking you inside our Curation Charter. The products we choose, the people we choose to work with, what we look for and why it all matters to us.

Some things earn their place in the pantry for more than one reason.🙌

Our friend Charley O’Halloran • The Gut Guy shares some of his favourite functional foods and the reasons he keeps coming back to them.

From sardines and raw honey to tart cherry juice, wild blueberries, cod liver oil and dark chocolate, each one brings something a little different to the table.

Good ingredients. Real nourishment. And a reminder that what we eat can do a whole lot more than simply fill us up.

Find them all in the P&P aisles 👌

Our friend Luka B**b to Food knows a thing or two about creating nourishing food that kids actually eat, and honestly, right now we’re taking all the help we can get. Because if you’re a parent, the novelty of packing lunchboxes is probably wearing off fast 😅.

These Double Chocolate Foraged Bliss Balls feel like a treat, are packed with goodness, and are ideal for batch-making and freezing.

The pantry MVPs earning their keep this winter.👌

The staples we’re reaching for on repeat, not just for what they bring to a meal, but for what they bring to the body. Think protein, omega-3s, antioxidants, minerals, collagen and plenty of nutritional goodness.

Swipe through our winter line-up and why each one has earned a permanent spot in the pantry.

You guys have been asking us to stock tinned oysters for YEARS. The problem? We just couldn’t find any that met our curation charter needs and that also tasted amazing.🦪

So safe to say we were pretty excited when The Stock Merchant released their new Smoked Pacific Oysters. And yes, you can now find them in our aisles 🙌

Harvested off South Korea, shucked fresh, gently smoked over real oak and packed in olive oil. They are the real deal!

And they’re not just seriously delicious. Oysters are naturally rich in zinc, B12, iron, copper and omega-3s, nutrients that support everything from immune function and energy to brain and heart health.

Toss them through a salad, add them to a snack plate, stir them through pasta or eat them straight from the tin.

Safe to say, we’re obsessed with these. And for very good reason.

The lurgy season is upon us, so we’re focusing on all things immunity and simple ways to support it with the food in our pantries.👌🤧

These Immune Support Gummies by JADE / Wholefoods recipes are one to keep in the winter toolkit. Made with our favourite Mt. Wilder Berries Elderberry Juice, they can be eaten as gummies, packed into lunchboxes or stirred into warm water for a soothing tea!

Here’s how:

RECIPE
Ingredients
• 1/3 cup Elderberry Juice
• 3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin
• 1 cup cold water
• 1 tbsp finely minced fresh ginger
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 punnet blackberries, optional

Method
1. Add ginger and water to a saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, steep for 5 minutes and strain.

2. Add elderberry syrup and gelatin to a heatproof jug or bowl. Stir and set aside to bloom for 5 minutes.

3. Pour warm ginger tea into the elderberry mixture and stir until gelatin dissolves. Add honey and stir again.

4. Add blackberries to silicone moulds or a lined glass dish, if using. Pour over the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

5. Remove from moulds or cut into bite-sized squares.

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

For tea, add 2–4 gummies to a mug, pour over warm water and stir until dissolved. Add lemon if you like.
